Data Recovery — G Drive — Clean Room

Customer brought in a G Drive for Data Recovery. Customer sent the drive to a different Data Recovery company and customer is suspecting that the drive was damaged during transit.

We will open the drive cover in our Clean Room and inspect the inside of the drive along with the read/write heads before we move forward. The inside of the drive is clean and we can work on the firmware of the drive and see if its repairable.
