Got in a 2TB Seagate (ST2000LM007) Drive. The customers drive started working very slow and first aid was ran and completed. Since first aid was ran, the customer will have some data loss.
Very important Information: DO NOT run First Aid or any Software on a failing drive! Your killing the drive. Power it off and bring it to a Data Recovery Specialist.
