Seagate 2TB Backup Plus — Data Recovery

Got in a 1TB Seagate Backup Plus Slim that was dropped and now isn’t spinning.
Diagnosis: We opened the drive cover in our Clean Room and sure enough, the read/write heads are stuck on the platters. This explains why the drive wasn’t spinning up at all.

We were able to recover 95% of the data from the drive.
