Seagate Data Recovery (8TB)

Opened a Seagate 8TB drive in our Clean Room. Unfortunately, the results weren’t so good. The read/write heads were stuck on the platters in the worst spot possible (right underneath the parking ramps) We were able to safely remove the heads from the platters, but 3 of the 8 sliders were missing/damaged. After we found the missing sliders, under a microscope we inspected the sliders. They had contamination on them. Next step would be to attempt a head swap with a compatible donor.
