Seagate Data Recovery (ST2000DM001)

We got in a Seagate (ST2000DM001) 2TB drive. The customer mentioned that the computer recognized the drive but folders showed no data. After diagnosing the drive, the issue was severe media platter damage where the file system of the drive is stored. The media damage also caused firmware corruption that locked up the drive. We ended up recovering 99.9% of the customer’s data! 👍🏼
