We just got in a Toshiba 1TB (MQ01ABD100) drive. The customer was using their computer and then suddenly the drive stopped responding. Also, the customer was hearing beeping sounds. The issue with the drive is Stiction. This is where the read/write heads crash on top of the platters where your data is stored.
