Western Digital 10TB — Not Spinning — Data Recovery

Got in a Western Digital My Book 10TB Drive that is not mounting and the customer can’t hear the drive spin. We will diagnose the drive and see what the is. Any ideas?

Also, super important to not power on a drive if its having issues, not mounting nor spinning.
