Western Digital Data Recovery (2TB)

Opened a Western Digital 2TB drive in our Clean Room due to Stiction. The customer took advice from a YouTube video and made the drive worse by opening the drive and moving the heads 😵 Now the main issue will be bad heads and will require a head swap. The top platter had heavy media damage as well as damaged read/write heads. We would need to remove the read/write heads to further inspect them.
