Western Digital Data Recovery (WDBLUZ0010BL)

Customer brought in a Western Digital (WDBLUZ0010BL) 1TB where the drive was never dropped but occasionally made clicking sounds. The drive was really old as well. After opening the drive in our Clean Room, we inspected the top visible platter as well as the read/write heads under a microscope. Glad to say they were both clean. Let’s see what the real issue is with this drive!
